Role of the Sales Order Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy Finance and Administration Team. In this newly created position, your role will be to process both UK and International orders for Questionmark products. In relation to this you will be responsible for administering license files/agreements and Software Support Plans (SSP). You will also be required to give administrative support to the Accounting Assistant and the Company Accountant as required. The successful candidate will have administrative skills gained in a commercial environment, numerical aptitude and the ability to respond positively to multiple demands on his or her time.
Essential Skills:
• Able to organize own work load and manage time effectively
• Administrative skills
• Time Management
• Fluent in French
• Excellent telephone manner
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP Accounting Software
Desirable Skills:
• Fluent in Dutch & German (fluency in one or both would be an advantage, but applications will be considered without either of the two)
• Previous experience in Sales Order role.

You will be highly responsive and have the interpersonal skills to succeed in a team environment. You will have good attention to detail and the ability to weigh up task priority with minimal supervision. Your natural professionalism will ensure that you consistently satisfy internal and external customers while being able to push requests back constructively. Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU.
