Job Title:		s106 Finance Manager

Description:		The Isle of Dogs Community Foundation (IDCF) is a professional grant-making charity supporting the voluntary sector within the Isle of Dogs and South Poplar area of East London. An exciting range of large-scale regeneration / development programmes provide IDCF, in partnership with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, with significant funding opportunities to support the diverse communities and voluntary sector in the local area. IDCF is seeking a talented and dynamic individual with relevant financial and project management experience to join its small team. The right person will establish and maintain the most robust financial and reporting systems as well as prepare and input data for quarterly, cumulative and annual schedules comparing predicted and actual spend and outputs. You will be expected to undertake project and programme audits and evaluations, providing appropriate guidance at project, theme and programme level. Ideally you will be a part-qualified accountant and / or have significant experience in supporting the financial elements of delivering voluntary sector project delivery. You should possess good attention to detail and experience of other regeneration programmes i.e. SRB, ESF, NRF would be an advantage.
