Insurance Support Executive - Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Our client is seeking a part time Insurance Executive to join their team. Working on our support desk you will take incoming phone-based queries from clients on a wide variety of different topics, taking ownership through to completion. These can range from questions on insurance products, insurer issues, market information or as a first point of contact when requesting our services. Additionally you will proactively ensure clients are aware of all services and products they have access to, building relationships to continue our ongoing high standard of customer care. This is a part-time position, Monday to Wednesday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
To be successful in this role you will need work experience in the insurance industry with demonstrable customer service and relationship building experience. Excellent communication and telephone skills are a must as well as investigatory and problem solving skills.
Salary £17500 pro rata with 25 days holiday pro rata.
