Project Administrator - United Kingdom (Cambridge), Cambridgeshire
A busy and dynamic property development company is looking for a Projects Administrator to join their team.
The Technical Department and Project Management Team manage the feasibility, budget, planning, design development, approval, construction and adoption of all of the company’s residential projects. The Technical team are responsible for the appointing and management of external consultants, obtaining approvals and are responsible for handing over documentation to enable the Management Contractor to construct the site.
A Projects Administrator is now required to provide day-to-day support to the Technical Department and Team of Project Managers.
Duties include:
General administration and project support
Developing and maintaining central filing system and server filing system
Assisting TD with development of internal procedures and standard forms
Assisting PM’s with development of standard forms to assist with new procurement system
Assisting PM’s with preparing, issuing and chasing of tender enquiries to contractors and key suppliers
Assisting PM’s with key supplier orders including setting up systems to track progress
These are not limited and would include other administrative tasks.
