Skills and Experience Required: " Must be CEMAP Qualified " Ideally FPC qualified " Must be Competent Adviser Status (CAS) " Effective clear communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written. " Proven track record within a sales environment. " An ability to demonstrate a satisfactory Compliance Track Record " Customer focussed and motivated to deliver the highest standard of customer service. " Self confident, friendly, professional manner " Highly developed persuading and influencing skills " High standard of accuracy " A passion for financial services and the mortgage market " Ability to build relationships quickly to generate leads Benefits include 22 days holiday rising to 25 afer 3 years.
