Job Title:		Equities Coordinator/Manager

Description:		Equities Coordinator/Manager - London, London Financial sales team coordinator - fabulous blue-chip organisation! International exposure, excellent role for candidate's with varied experience in financial services. We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to support the equity sales team within this prestigious, high end financial institution. The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties including the coordination of various international marketing roadshows, trade fairs and exhibitions, arranging regular conferences and collating report, statistics and figures for analysis. The role will also involve a substantial amount of Account Management together with the maintenance of a CRM system ensuring contact information is consistently up to date. Other aspects of the role will be PA related, especially where members of the sales team are concerned. In addition, you would be expected to analyse broker reviews and highlight areas for improvement. Requirements; We a seeking a flawlessly professional applicant with varied exposure within the financial services industry. The successful applicant will have proven sales administration experience in addition to account management and french speaking abilities. A positive attitude, experience of working on a trade floor and FSA registration are also prerequisites for this role.
