AREA MANAGER REQUIRED! Our client, the market leader in UK Home Credit, has an excellent and unique opportunity for a hands-on and ambitious individual to lead and manage a team of Development Managers in their achievement of business targets.
THE ROLE:
The Area Manager will maximise collections using Arrears Management techniques, monitor sales and collection performance, observe customer growth at agency level and take actions to improve results where necessary.
Your focus will be on developing selected business growth areas and will involve all aspects of people management including recruiting, selecting, training and developing staff.
The area covered has over 9,000 customers and 66 self-employed agents.
THE PERSON:
Ideal candidates will have a track record in the achievement of business goals and objectives, first-class management and leadership skills plus the ability to work under their own initiative.
You will lead from the front and be an excellent team player with first-rate communication, motivation and numeracy skills together with clear ambition and enthusiasm to continually develop your career within a management capacity.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is crucial.
