Our client in the Swansea area is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper for a new venture.
The Role:
The candidate would be required to record financial transactions and their duties may include:
• keeping records of payments, invoices, receipts and debit/credit notes
• completing VAT returns and preparing accounts for Inland Revenue
• checking bank statements against records
• preparing cash-flow statements
• calculating wages and national insurance contributions
• dealing with enquiries on the phone and by letter
• filing paperwork
Proven experience in working knowledge of Sage is essential and Multi Current C would be beneficial.
This is a Part Time role consisting of 20 hours per week, over 5 days
The right candidate will have ability to work quickly and accurately. Good concentration and attention to detail is vital as well as the ability to work to strict deadlines
