Job Title:		Branch Based Mortgage Advisor

Description:		Branch Based Mortgage Advisor - Blackpool, Lancashire My Client is one of the largest financial services groups in the world and is recognised as a leading financial institution within the U.K Market. Your role as a Mortgage Advisor, will be based within their busy Blackpool branch, which is the ideal place in which to strike up a rapport with new and existing customers. With a plain talking approach to banking, this is an opportunity to make the home finance experience all the more straightforward for your client. Your role will be to arrange appointments with your customer, explore their needs, working through all areas of home finance and assess the most suitable product for their needs, such as a personal mortgage and the relevant insurance and protection products. Working within a recognised financial institution with an active database of clients, will automatically supply you with a flow of quality leads for arranging appointments. A strong and successful Mortgage Advisor will also look to build up strong relationships within branch i.e with Branch Managers and Sales Advisors, in order to maximise the number of quality leads being provided to them. The ideal candidate with be offered a competitive basic salary of between £20000 to £25000 with uncapped earning potential, and a realistic OTE of £50000, including 22 days holiday and company benefits package.
