Area Sales Manager - Windsor, Berkshire
Our client is a Blue Chip High Street Bank who are looking for a Sales Manager of the highest calibre to join them.
The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of business targets through a professional sales team, operate as holistic financial planners to the high net worth/mass affluent market.
A first line supervisor and competent designated individual.
Responsibilities include:
Maximise the delivery of sales volumes to plan, metrics and referrals in area.
Conduct reviews of sales performance of Client Managers to identify areas for improvement and drive that improvement.
Management of sales campaigns.
Provide a source of technical and sales support.
To conduct operations in a quality focussed culture, delivering all risk and quality benchmarks.
Maintenance of own product, procedural and process knowledge.
Ensure the highest standard of client service and that all sales activities are geared to long-term client relationships.
Manage lead generation from and too business partners through delivery of metrics and building good relationships.
Recruitment and launching of new Client Managers.
To implement in conjunction with Client Service a client focussed ethos.
Leads, champions and reviews the performance of direct reports, optimising individual and team performance.
A good understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements.
Strong relationship builder and motivator of people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues
Thorough understanding and experience of high net worth/mass affluent customer proposition and market.
Excellent presentation skills to both individuals and an audience.
Professional development ensuring proficiency in role at all levels and liases with external agencies and further education institutions to develop ongoing success in this area.
Ability to analyse MI and translate into meaningful direction for the business.
The ability to coach and motivate a team of Client Managers to achieve performance standards.
Gives open and honest feedback and actively seeks feedback on own performance.
Demonstrates personal conviction and inspires Client Managers
Tackles goals with a positive attitude, a sense of challenge and a focus on quality and success.
Creates an environment where colleagues feel valued. Will be constructive and challenging in team debates and then show personal ownership of decisions taken.

Excellent basic salary of : £49,000 plus generous bonus scheme and usual bank benefits package.Projected salary is £60k plus.
