Job Title:		Mortgage Adviser

Description:		Mortgage Adviser - London, South East Basic between £18k-£25k + commission on all sales + company car + industry leading training. Our client requires Mortgage Consultants with CeMap or CeFA or FPC and MAQ qualifications and has a proven track record in the provision of mortgages in branch based networks. Our client is part of the biggest UK estate agency chains that are respected for quality and are known as an excellent employer. You will receive industry-leading training before starting work and be developed personally and professionally to achieve the best that is possible in a highly reputable national company. You may already work for an estate agent, a bank or building society, be an IFA or a Broker looking for more regular earnings with some good, well-qualified leads, which will be provided, in addition to the leads you will be generating after training. You will already be a high performer wanting to reach the next level in an already illustrious career. The promotion prospects in to management, once you have established yourself are brilliant. The opportunities for genuine career development and enhancement are probably some of the best around. You can aim for, attain and reach director level with the backing high achievers like you can obtain. The commissions are superb and your first years OTE could work out somewhere between £50,000 and £80,000 - perhaps more if you are exceptional. Your earnings should rise year on year with your excellent track record and achievements. You will be given a company (Vauxhall Astra or equivalent) and enjoy excellent benefits associated with a major company. Your working week will include Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week. You will generate 50-60% of your leads on a Saturday.
