Job Title:URGENT - Management Accountant / Finance Analyst
Description:URGENT - Management Accountant / Finance Analyst - Glasgow, Scotland Management Accountant / Finance Analyst - Central Scotland - attractive salary and benefits Role responsible for:- Support Plant Finance Leader with costing, forecasts, system reports etc Analysis and prepare reports of EMEA financial results Country product mix sales and profit Operating Expense analysis - Selling, G&A and IT Working Capital performance Commission calculation & review Monthly split of EMEA results to Product Lines Account manager reports and performance vs AOP Ensure country HFM reporting adhere to business requirements. Provide weekly QMI data. Participate in adhoc projects as required. Prepare EMEA wall to wall P&L Person spec – higher weighting more important:- 10 – Extensive experience in a similar role 10 - Part qualified by CIMA/ACCA, actively working towards qualification 10 - Working knowledge of standard costing systems 10 - Experience of management accounting 10 - Knowledge product costing/cost allocation models 10 - Able to work and help develop within accounting function 10 - Able to plan and organise workload to meet time schedules and deadlines 10 - Strong IT skills and experience of Excel 9 - Able to work pro-actively to develop opportunities for improvement 9 - Strong Analytical skills 9 - Enjoys being effective in a team environment, encouraging co-operation between individuals 9 - Keeps focused on achieving results and meets commitments made to others 9 - Self motivated and seeks out ways to improve how things are done 8 - Hyperion/HFM/Oracle/Business Objects experience required but not essential
