ROLE PURPOSE
To gather and collate the relevant information, documentation and supporting information to ensure commercial mortgage applications are approved and funded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To process and package commercial mortgage applications quickly and efficiently.
• To achieve and surpass all offers and completions targets
• To build and maintain first class relationships with consumers, mortgage intermediaries and lenders.
• Through effective time management, ensure offers, completions and productivity targets are achieved daily, weekly and monthly.
• Contribute fully to the business operation as a whole and assist by all means possible to ensure the business meets and surpasses set targets.
• Consummately professional and disciplined at all times.
