Commercial Account Handler - Eastleigh, Hampshire
Providing a high quality advisory and support service to clients, Account Executives/
Director and Specialism teams throughout the Commercial Insurance Division.
Ensure the production of high quality policy, renewal and mid-term documentation.
Deal effectively with client and market queries, changes in cover and risk.
Communicate effectively and respond to clients and insurers within agreed service standards and/or Group procedures.
Liaise with insurers and other claims specialists providing underwriting data to support the settlement of claims.
Prepare market presentations for appropriate new business and renewal cases including liaison with the Claims Department for relevant claims experience.
Contribute to effective working relationships with Branch team members, New Business and Servicing teams and Specialism teams.
COMPETENCIES
General market broking knowledge
Displays broad knowledge and understanding of the insurance market.
Specialised market knowledge within commercial Insurance
Displays thorough knowledge of your specialised insurance field and extent of cover.
Market knowledge
Current commercial broking experience is essential.
