Description:		Personal Lines Insurance, Customer Service/Account - Leeds, West Yorkshire Personal Lines Insurance, Customer Service / Account Handler Yeadon, North Leeds (LS19) Circa £15k Our Client, a leading UK Insurance Broker are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly North Leeds based Insurance Brokers. The successful candidate will be a team player with an excellent communications skills and pleasant telephone manner, a proactive self starter, eager to progress and sit professional examination and have good administration skills. You will have experience within a Customer Service, Telesales, Claims or Account Handling ideally gained within the Insurance industry. You will be confident in dealing with sales, renewals and policy amendment calls, processing claims etc as you will be dealing with both the general public and business alike you must be highly professional and confident dealing with a variety of people.
