Private Banking - Private Relationship Manager - Aberdeen
Brief Overview
An excellent opportunity exists within Aberdeen to join the Private Banking function of a top 4 UK banking organisation.
Our Client
My client’s Private Banking operation is designed to provide exceptional personal service to support private clients in their day-to day finances. Clients generally earn £75,000 a year or more, or have liquid assets to invest. Private Banking clients benefit from the services of a dedicated, qualified Relationship Manager and have access to a wide range of specially designed banking products. It is a flexible service that aims to make the whole banking experience as stress free as possible.
The Role
The position requires a highly motivated and energetic Private Banking professional with enthusiasm for providing a high quality relationship management service and able to demonstrate good interpersonal and negotiation skills with a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the affluent market place.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of Private customers
Review customer’s banking arrangements and highlight beneficial cross selling opportunities
Convert leads to sales and work with service teams to ensure a high level of service.
Give corporate hospitality to customers to ensure retention of the portfolio.
Carry out lead generation campaigns.
Providing quality advice and solutions through knowledge of UK financial products and services, so clients can manage their affairs effectively.
Package (Remuneration)
Base Salary - £28,000
Value Account (15% of annual salary)
Profit Share (10% base salary)
Total - £35,000 Excluding Bonus
Average performers within the area are generating £1,000 - £6,000 annually. Top performers are generating in excess of £10,000 seeing you earning in the region of £45,000!
