Due to a high profile takeover our Client are seeking experience GI Pricing Analysts to join there established team, this is a truly unique opportunity to join this expanding business during this exciting time. We are also looking to recruit Junior Pricing Analysts and would welcome CVs of potential Pricing and Analysis Managers
Purpose
To support the Senior Managers and Directors to maximise PI profitability by providing highly specialised and strategically sensitive information on the pricing and future rating of all General Insurance products in order that key objectives are achieved.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Senior Pricing Analyst
What you will have to do
To manage the statistical risk factors analysis of all General Insurance products that PI sell or could potentially sell
To carry our regular reserving analysis of all General Insurance products that PI sell, in particular the injury reserving analysis
To analyse, evaluate and assess future possible risk factors and develop pricing structures incorporating these
To develop regular reporting on an ongoing basis for assessing alternative pricing strategies
Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and quality of all deliverables. Assist in ensuring the same standards apply to the rest of the team
To maintain an in-depth level of general technical knowledge of General Insurance products, market developments and market trends in products that PI sell
Understand the teams key objectives and ensure that all activity is focused on delivering those key objectives
Undertake detailed Budgetary development
Log and manage Legal and Regulatory changes.
Task lead larger team activities & projects involving supervision of others.
Attend/lead meetings on behalf of the PPA Team in a management or work capacity.
