Description:Mortgage Advisor - Rugby, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Warwickshire A large Independent mortgage brokerage currently seeks an experienced Mortgage Advisor to provide mortgage advice to their clients based in an estate agency in the Rugby, Leamington Spa and Coventry area. Role Profile • Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients • Office based role. • Good leads generated on your behalf. • Working to set targets Skills Required • Mortgage sales experience is essential • Confident, assertive with strong client management skills • Full CeMap or MAQ is also essential. An excellent package is on offer including: • Basic £19-20k (depending on experience) • OTE £45k (uncapped) • Laptop, company mobile phone etc
