Job Title:		Finance Manager

Description:		Finance Manager - Farnborough, Hampshire The Company A recognised brand name organisation that have experienced recent significant growth through acquisition. A new opportunity has therefore arisen within a key business division. The Role Key emphasis of the role is to provide the Financial Controller and operational functions of the business division with clear and accurate financial reports to ensure that the business decision making process is being supported. You will provide periodic financial forecasts, budgets and plans for the division so that the management team can monitor performance. You will also be responsible for in depth forecasting and analysis of volumes, sales, trends and overheads. You This role will require extensive liaison across the operational areas of the division in order to understand issues and potential financial impacts so effective and persuasive communication skills are key. You will also possess strong Excel skills and been keen to add value within a commercially focused finance role. Part qualified or finalists who are looking for additional challenges will definitely be considered as will qualified accountants with a proven track record on a similar role.
