Job Title:		Commercial Claims Manager - Essex

Description:		Commercial Claims Manager - Essex - Essex, Essex Successful and respected Commercial Insurance company with a track record of growth and continued plans for expansion are looking for an individual to join their busy claims department in a key managerial role. Working closely with senior directors and other unit heads you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a fast, efficient and highly knowledgeable claims service with customer experience being held at the apex. With a product range covering a variety of commercial perils you will be expected to provide technical support and guidance as well as coaching and mentoring to ensure a happy and productive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience both in coaching, mentoring and managing people as well as in a technical claims handling role. You must be comfortable interpreting and applying wordings, clauses and warranties. With ambitious growth plans and an intention to grow this particular team the role offers a chance to gain exposure to a variety of commercial claims and to further your managerial career by playing a key part in the growth, training and development of a department.
