Mortgage Adviser - (Employed)
Worthing – West Sussex
Our client (an Investor in People) have just achieved the Financial Services Skills Council Accreditation for Training Excellence. Both these awards confirm our clients’ commitment to high quality staff and they are very keen to develop them to their full potential. The skills council accreditation in particular is a huge achievement and means that they are now one of only nine companies in the whole country to have this award.
Currently employing a total of 40 staff, our client is now wishing to expand again by recruiting a fully qualified and experienced Mortgage Adviser.
Mortgage Adviser
* Employed on a salary of between £20-24,000 – negotiable with experience etc.
* In addition to the salary - commission payable of 20% of business written
* Benefits package to include non contributory pension, death in service, income protection and medical insurance
* Access to a full database of over 4,000 financial services clients
* Leads from our clients commercial department and estate agency
* Full compliance and administration support
The successful candidate needs to be qualified with CeMAP, MAQ or equivalent and have enough experience to start advising immediately, albeit they will go through our clients internal supervision process to attain competency. They must be able to work on their own initiative and as well as obtain business from the various leads given to them and generate new leads as required.
