Accounts Assistant - Sunderland, Tyne and Wear
My client require an accounts assistant to cover 6 months maternity leave, the position offers an hourly rate of £5.75 per hour and is to start around 13/8/07
To perform the sales ledger and credit control role, this includes:
• Raising of sales invoices
• Sales ledger maintenance, including monitoring of sales ledger, credit note issue, allocating cash
• Reconcile and input corporate dept credit card receipts
• Month end sales ledger procedures including reconciliation, issuing statements
• Credit control
• Reconciliation between corporate dept sales system and accounts system
• Potentially any ad hoc analysis work if time permits
Someone with sound sales ledger and credit control experience would be ideal.
