Accounts / Finance Administrator - £6.60 per hour -
Temp for two months could go perm
Our client based in Keynsham are looking to recruit an Accounts / Finance Administrator to join the busy Business Support Team.
Job purpose
To be the main point of contact for financial information both internally and externally.
To keep accurate and up to date financial information and produce weekly reports.
To ensure the smooth running of the Business Support Team.
Responsibilities
To ensure that the Business Support Team is aware of targets and how they are met.
To chase outstanding client debts.
To raise sales invoices from client bookings.
Data entry - to include purchase invoices, cheques, refund & credit memos.
Banking cheques.
Receiving credit card payments and record receipts.
Pay supplier bills by cheque or BACS and email payment advice.
Check supplier statements against outstanding bills.
Apply for credit applications.
Produce financial reports.
General office duties.
Skills:
A good knowledge of Microsoft office packages, word and excel.
Intermediate knowledge of using QuickBooks Accounting package
Data Entry, Debt chasing, General Admin
A knowledge of bookkeeping is desirable.
