Description:		Financial Controller - Middlesbrough, Cumbria Financial Controller My client is part of a national hotel chain operating at the luxury end of the market with properties situated throughout the UK. Following recent investment an opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Financial Controller to join the business. Main Job Function To be responsible for the compilation, accuracy, reliability and security of all accounting records, controls and management information. To review, evaluate, plan and take action so that the hotel achieves its sales, costs and profitability targets. To lead and manage the Accounts Department so that it performs efficiently and effectively. To ensure that the company's accounting policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the hotel. To give both internal and external customers quality service. Duties & Responsibilities Financial reporting Management reporting Purchase control Credit control Accounts staff management This is an excellent opportunity for a FC & you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package coupled with excellent career development opportunities.
