Description:		Accounting Manager - Manchester, Greater Manchester FINANCE MANAGER 30K FINANCE MANAGER 30K FINANCE MANAGER This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to join an International Hotel and Country Club Group with 158 bedrooms, an 18 hole golf course and annual projected revenue of 10million. The Finance Manager manages the day to day operation of the accounting office and assists the Cluster Director of Finance in providing financial leadership to the business. The Finance Managers primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control. The Finance Manager assists with capital expenditure plans (ROI Plans), Owner relations and owner reporting. FINANCE MANAGERS SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE Ability to analyse P&L statements, develop operating budgets, prepare short and long term forecasts Quarterly VAT Returns Cash Flow Management Presentation Skills Strong Organisation Skills Problem Solving Decision Making Ability to operate standard applications and hotel systems Good negotiation skills Knowledge of governmental regulations To succeed in this role you will have strong leadership skills and have the ability to manage others.
