Job Title:Employment Liability Claims Adjuster
Description:Employment Liability Claims Adjuster - Horsham, West Sussex A market leading Insurance company, with a huge Global presence and with exceptional opportunities within their Head Office in Horsham. The job involves the effective management of a specialist disease caseload to achieve the best financial result at the earliest opportunity. You will enjoy utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries, reach and convey decisions, and impart knowledge to others. The jobholder will need to build strong working relationships with fellow team members/tech experts and Unit Leaders to help achieve business objectives. Part of your role will be to provide guidance and support to others on the team to improve overall performance, effectively leading by example. There is also ample opportunity for furthering your existing knowledge in this area. To apply for this outstanding opportunity, it’s essential that you have 1 to 2 years’ experience of handling employment liability claims. You will need to be a driven and motivated team player with a hardworking, ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service against tight deadlines
