Commercial Insurance Sales Executive - Kent - Basic plus excellent OTE

The office focuses on niche schemes for specific businesses within the SME sector.
The role
To contact prospective clients (almost always from supplied databases), gain agreement to quote, establish the client's insurance requirements and all relevant information, obtain best terms (utilising exclusive facilities and the open market), present these and secure the business.
Part of a growing, enthusiastic team working in the small commercial market, on own initiative, largely on the telephone, but with some exhibition attendance.
The work is challenging but fun! A great opportunity to earn well, while establishing a reputation for effectiveness and professionalism, with excellent prospects for future progression.
The remuneration
An OTE of between £21,000 and £28,000 (Basic salary depends on experience and track record) and higher commission rates if/when targets are exceeded!
In addition, there is free P.A. insurance and discounts on most other insurances, plus facilities for season ticket loans, support in pursuing insurance qualifications, structured personal development programmes and 23 days holiday.
The Candidate
We are looking for bright, ambitious, articulate and determined people who must have a sound knowledge of commercial insurance, 5+ GCSEs (Grade C or better) and a willingness to work towards Dip CII or ACII industry qualification.
