Job Title:		Credit Controllers

Description:		Credit Controllers - Salford, Greater Manchester Credit Controllers - Salford Working for one of the UK's leading Debt Recovery Call Centres in the North West. You will be office based in Manchester. You will be responsible for collecting debt on the behalf on 200 clients including high street banks, utility, companies, mobile phone companies and many more. Some of your main tasks will involve: Talking directly to the customers taking inbound and making outbound calls. Negotiating outstanding payments and reaching payment agreements on outstanding debts and dealing with queries. Person Specification Callcentre sales experience is essential along with good keyboard skills or Collections experience. You must have good communicational skills and be natural at listening to people's life experience and use empathy with all customers. You must be determined and target focused with the ability to think on your feet and be able to adapt to different situations providing realistic solutions to real problems.
