Description:		Mortgage Advisor / Adviser - Cambridgeshire - Cambridgeshire, Cambridgeshire Mortgage Advisor / Adviser Cambridge / Ely / Saffron Walden / Haverhill / Newmarket Our client is looking for Mortgage Advisors capable of running the financial services offering of a high performing Estate Agency business. The company is a National Broker and provides the admin, compliance and lead generation support for you to realise high commission earnings. With over 80 years of financial services and estate agency experience, they will combine their expertise and infrastructure with your Mortgage Advising and Financial Services knowledge to make a winning team. Applicants must be fully CEMAP qualified with customer facing Mortgage Advisory selling experience, ideally gained within a broker environment. You will have proven track record of success and be able to demonstrate your performance and compliance history at interview. This vacancy comes with opportunity of being employed or self employed. Self Employed package: Our client will guarantee volumes of mortgage leads, dedicated compliance & admin support and a state of the art office to work from, You will be given full training and support which starts with a residential course at no cost to yourself. They will tailor make a package for you from a range of remuneration packages. They will go through a business plan with you in detail and go through the opportunities and earning potential you could earn. Employed package: Our client will offer guaranteed mortgage referrals, compliance and estate agency office / admin support. A basic salary of £18-£22,000 with an OTE of £36-£40,000 within the first year, uncapped bonus, 20 days holiday and company pension. You will be given full training and support which starts with a residential course at no cost to yourself.
