Mortgage Advisor / Adviser
Crewe / Winsford / Northwich / Congleton / Warrington.
Due to their continued success, the North's leading Estate Agency network is looking to recruit talented Mortgage Advisors for their Financial Services division in Crewe, Winsford, Northwich. Congleton and Warrington. As a group, our client is responsible for over 13% of the UK mortgage market and presently partner with the UK's single, largest insurance provider.
The successful candidate is responsible for meeting Mortgage and Insurance sales targets for a 3 branch network. Financial service appointments are generated via the Estate Agency and, as part of that team you will have direct responsibility for coaching, developing and motivating the agency staff to achieve the same.
Applicants must be CeMAP qualified (FPC would be advantageous but not essential).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum two years Mortgage sales experience gained within a customer facing environment, have a compliant sales record and have the drive, determination and know-how to realise uncapped earnings potential.
In return, you will receive a basic salary to £20,000 (OTE £35-50,000+), car allowance or car, co. pension scheme, private health care and the opportunity to develop your career with one of the biggest brand names in the industry.
