Job Title:		Trainee Mortage Advisor

Description:		Trainee Mortage Advisor - London, Greater Manchester Basic salary package along with uncapped OTE, car allowance, full administration and IT support will also be provided. Due to increasing demand for their Financial Services Business, one of the UK''''s largest Estate Agency chains, is looking for Mortgage Consultants. Based in branch, you will be responsible for maximizing the sale of mortgage and NU life products. Your role primarily will be to qualify mortgage leads as well as maximize on cross-selling of Life Products. Candidates should be able to observe all compliance requirements, do administration in accordance with company policies and procedures, provision of high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles, maintain levels of product knowledge, legislation and selling rules. Candidates need at least two years experience in face-to-face, multi-tied or whole of market environment, be highly motivated and target-orientated. Successful candidates should also possess an excellent telephone manner, along with the organisational and interpersonal skills .
