Description:Residential Mortgage Adviser - Kent, Kent Our client is an independent expert in Buy to Let and Commercial mortgages, managing the financing of single and multi property portfolios for thousands of UK investors. As well as providing residential Buy to Let mortgages, they also specialise in sourcing residential property development finance. They deal with all types of residential development finance, from small internal property renovations to full scale build projects when all that is currently in existence is the plot of land. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years selling residential mortgages experience and will hold a full CeMap/MAQ qualification.Area knowledge is also essential.
