Job Title:Junior Mortgage/Financial Adviser
Description:Junior Mortgage/Financial Adviser - Swansea, UK Our client the 6th Largest Estate Agency chain in the UK seeks more Trainee mortgage/financial consultants to add to its growing salesforce. You will be responsible for maximising the sale of mortgage and NU life products. Your role primarily will be to qualify mortgage leads as well as maximise on cross selling of Life Products. Observance of all compliance requirements, administration in accordance with company policy and procedure, provision of high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles, maintain levels of product knowledge, legislation and selling rules. Requirements: 1. Strong Sales/Marketing background 2. A strong team player. 3. Dynamic and self-motivated. Remuneration: Basic £21,000 - £26,000. Realistic OTE £40,000 plus car allowance, pension, death in service, holiday, loyalty bonus scheme and good holiday.
