Description:		Experience Mortgage Adviser - Newcastle, Tyne and Wear Exciting opportunities are available for motivated individuals who wish to embark upon a challenging career in the financial industry. A well established Estate Agents Group is recruiting for CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisers to contribute to the success of the company. Our client seeks a fully CeMap qualified candidate to train in the company’s business and trading policies, due to their ever-expanding client base and business leads. Based in branch, you will be responsible for maximizing the sale of mortgage and other products. Your role primarily will be to qualify mortgage leads as well as maximize on cross-selling of Life Products. Observance of all compliance requirements, administration in accordance with company policy and procedure, provision of high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles, maintain levels of product knowledge, legislation and selling rules will also form part of your duties. All leads will be provided, coupled with a streamlined administration process. Essential Skills: MUST be full CeMap MUST have broking experience MUST have protection sales experience Preferable skills: Good communication skills A good team player and target-driven individual Sales and adviser experience Good administration skills Remuneration: Competitive basic + commission, Package negotiable depending on competency and skills set.
