Commercial Mortgage Broker
Our Client is an established commercial agent looking to recruit a Commercial Mortgage Broker.
Commercial Mortgage Broker will be required to generate new business. Commercial Mortgage Broker will meet with Clients and produce reports.
Commercial Mortgage Broker must be computer literate, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and on your own initiative. The Successful Commercial Mortgage Broker may have mortgage or insurance broking experience (commercial or residential), however this is not essential. Commerial Mortgage Broker may be cemap / fpc qualified although this is not essential either.
Commercial Mortgage Broker will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and will have the drive and determination to work in a target driven environment.
Commercial Mortgage Broker may come from a background in financial services or estate agency or business transfer or insurance sales or mortgage sales or business to business field sales.
Commercial Mortgage Broker will benefit from a competitive basic salary of £17-23k basic (d.o.e) plus realistic on target earnings of £25k+ as well as additional benefits such as car and pension.
