Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales Exec.
Our Client is an established commercial agent looking to recruit a Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales Exec.
Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales will be required to generate new business. Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales will meet with Clients and produce reports.
Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales must be computer literate, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and on your own initiative. The Successful Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales may have mortgage or insurance broking experience (commercial or residential), however this is not essential. Commerial Mortgage Broker may be cemap / fpc qualified although this is not essential either.
Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and will have the drive and determination to work in a target driven environment.
Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales may come from a background in financial services or estate agency or business transfer or insurance sales or mortgage sales or business to business field sales.
Commercial Mortgage Broker / Sales will benefit from a competitive basic salary of £17-23k basic (d.o.e) plus realistic on target earnings of £25k+ as well as additional benefits such as car and pension.
