Case Manager - Thame, Oxfordshire
The Senior Administrator or Case Manager will:
Prepare case files.
Liaise with clients and their agents (accountants, solicitors, bookkeepers) to ensure all relevant information is collected.
Review financial information provided by clients/agents to identify missing and unclear data.
Manage clients and OUR partners for the timely preparation of formal proposals.
Produce informal proposals for repayment of debt ( Time to Pay agreements).
Assist clients in preparation of additional information. (narratives on company/business history).
Assist the Directors in management of time critical matters (court action etc).
Competition of legal documents according to strict guidelines and court procedures (County court judgments, Statements of Affairs, responses to bankruptcy petition hearings).
Liaise with commercial partners to ensure asset finance proposals are correct and on time.
Proof reading.
Manage workload of administrator.
They might also:
Prepare and/or check rudimentary cash flow and P&L forecasts to a specific formula.
Prepare and/or client statements of affairs including net worth statements to a specific formula.
Assist in collection of debt.
