Job Title:MORTGAGE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Description:MORTGAGE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - STROUD, Gloucestershire £28,000 - £32,000 BASIC PLUS £7,500 UNCAPPED COMMISSION Working within the Head Office of this leading Building Society you will report to the Mortgage Sales Manager and provide support in delivering the sales and operational performance targets of the Mortgage Business by managing Mortgage Advisors based in the branches. You will have supervisor responsibility, in accordance with MCOB and ICOB and as defined in the company's Training and Competence Scheme and you will ensure that sales and financial targets are achieved in a compliant and cost effective manner. You will lead, coach and develop the Regional Mortgage Advisers, through timely observation, feedback, training and regular reviews, resulting in increased conversion ratios from branch mortgage leads and penetration rates on third party products. It is essential that you are CeMAP qualified and a proven sales manager, with the ability to develop remotely based individuals to achieve peak performance. You will also demonstrate the ability to apply and develop the company’s Training and Competence Scheme.
