This growing company, providing services to the Finance and Pensions industry, are looking for new business consultants to work on the Defined Benefit schemes. You will be bringing in new business and managing client relationships and expectatons. One role is in Berkshire with the other role allowing you to the flexibility of working from home with regular travel to the main office in Scotland and perspective clients in the geographical area.
Managing new Defined Benefit business you will enjoy meeting clients and prospective clients to bring into the business and will be determined and sales driven, negotiating on sales and prices in order to maximise return.
The work will presenting to clients and marketing the company’s services and using your excellent persuasion and influencing skills.
You will be able to develop good relationships with others and manage the clients to ensure their needs are met and handover runs smoothly.
You should be able to work under pressure and have experience in a similar role working with clients. You will need to have excellent pensions knowledge and a PMI or similar qualification is desirable.
As the role may be working from home you will need to be able to use your own initiative and be able to plan and prioritise your own work.
