Payments Clerk - Weybridge, Surrey
Our client, a global leader in business services provision with a multi million pound turnover, is currently recruiting for a Payments Clerk. Based in their Weybridge office this immediate role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a large multi-national company.
You will be responsible for the daily downloading of bank statements as well as matching and logging incoming payment requests. You will also set up standing orders and direct debits and liaise with IT to help resolve software issues. These duties will be carried out using both SAP and Excel.
In addition you will be responsible for liaising with internal departments in order to resolve queries.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with previous experience in a corporate environment proving essential. This will be coupled with excellent communication skills. You will also be enthusiastic, hard working and show an ability to learn quickly whilst prioritising effectively.
