ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT X 2 - MAIDENHEAD, Berkshire
Our client, a reputable leisure company based in Maidenhead are seeking two Assistant Accountants for a 4 week period to join their finance team to assist the Senior Management Accountant in preparing accurate and timely completion of the management accounts and provide overall financial support. Other duties will include General Ledger accounting, database updates, processing of monthly Payroll accruals and assisting in production of various monthly reports for distribution to Directors and other departments.
Working knowledge of Excel to intermediate level is essential whilst knowledge of Oracle is preferable. Ideal candidates will have previously held a similar role within a Management Accounts department and be studying towards CIMA qualification at Managerial level. You will need to be a real team player and be able to work on your own initiative with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
