Helpdesk Support Analyst, Banking, eCommerce - City of London, London
A Leading International FTSE 100 Merging Markets Bank working within both Consumer and Wholesale Banking areas are seeking a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their eCommerce Trade Application Support Team based in the heart of the City.
The 1st Line Support Analyst role involves supporting the traders on eCommerce trading applications such as FX and requires an articulate and inter-personal candidate, who has the ability to deal with problems in a highly pressurised environment.
Key skills and experience required for short listing are as follows:
-A graduate of Computer Science or an IT related discipline or equivalent
-Proven commercial experience in a 1st line support or helpdesk role - this can include a sandwich placement year
-MS Office & XP technical skills
-Experience of working in a Banking, Finance or Blue-chip organisation is preferred but not essential
-Keen to pursue a career within Banking
