I am Currently looking for a Reporting Analyst position to join this Global Reporting Team focusing on creating a Global Reports Catalogue for Front, Mid and Back office Reports. These reports provide detailed information for decision makers in Crude and Refined Products Trading and Risk Control, management information to measure business performance, scheduling information for operations as well as accounting information for settlements, Monthly close, PNL investigations, etc... This role has a broad user community and requires excellent communications skills with various IT teams as well as business stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities for the Reporting Analyst are as follows:
• Responsible for meeting with peer Analyst colleagues to define Reports,
• Review & determine reporting requirements from inter-department process diagrams,
• Responsible for organizing and presenting Reports in Process definition workshops,
• Produce Conceptual Design documentation of Reporting requirements and specifications,
• Foster a ‘Attention to Detail' team attitude
The position(s) will interface with process analyst colleagues, IT developers as well as business side clients across the Crude and Refined Products groups in both North America and abroad.
