Purchase Ledger Assistant - West London, London
Our Client based in Hounslow, Middlesex, are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to start with them on a temporary basis for 6 weeks to cover staff leave.
Duties:
Working on all aspects of your part of the purchase ledger including:
- Entering invoices onto the accounting system
- Accruals schedule
- Raising and sending invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Logging and resolving queries
Ideal Candidate:
- Will have worked in an Accounts Payable function
- Intermediate Excel
- Attention to detail, team-player, good communication skills, (written & verbal), able to work on own initiative
- Must be able to commit to the role for the 6 weeks required
