Finance Analyst - United Kingdom (Cambridge), Cambridgeshire
Summary
The Financial Analyst will collate, analyse and report on financial and operational information in an accurate, timely and consistent manner to support business decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Compiles monthly management reporting pack by sourcing reports from Oracle, excel schedules and HFM for presentation to the senior management team.
Compiles weekly sales and bookings report for distribution to senior management team.
Compiles weekly sales and backlog report for distribution to the sales team.
Updates cash flow reporting template for weekly reporting to our clients Corporate Office, Irvine.
Reports and investigates manufacturing variances, liaising with purchasing and production managers to resolve.
Prepares information for business review meetings and staff communication meetings.
Compiles monthly / quarterly analysis reports for sales commission.
Continuously seeks to improve the financial reporting processes.
Ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Education and/or Experience
Ideally part qualified or qualified by experience, you will have some management accounting experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills (particularly Excel) and excellent attention to detail are a prerequisite.
