Description:		Independent Financial Advisor - Cheltenham, UK General Hours 40 pw Holidays 22 pa (up to 27 with service + BH) Benefits Stakeholder Pension Permanent Health Insurance Life Assurance subject to age and service Insurance discounts FPC exam entry Location Cheltenham Location description Head Office - restuarants, free gym, sports facilities and free parking on green-field site Profile Ideally will have telephone sales experience in a targetted environment. will relish a challenge and has a hunger for success. Will be prepared to work through professional exams to become a full advisor and will have bags of self-belief. Skills Excellent telephone manner and positive personality are a must. The ability to deal with pressure and consistently hit targets, both team and personal are all key to this role. Qualifications A minimum of 5 GCSE passes at C and above including English and Maths. A levels and or FPC 1 would be an advantage Responsibilities Telephoning existing Endsleigh clients to introduce and sell a new product with professionalism and enthuisiasm. Results will be rewarded with examination support both financial and practical
