Receptionist (part-time) - United Kingdom (Cambridge), Cambridgeshire
Role:
To provide reception and telephone support both for internal and external visitors/callers.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manning the reception desk
· Handling calls via a busy switchboard
· Booking meeting rooms
· Signing in and control of visitors
· Signing in and control of contractors
· Liaising with hospitality to provide meeting room refreshments
· Keeping daily records for handover purposes to security
· Issue and control of door access tags
· Ordering taxis
Experience:
Ideally a professionally trained receptionist with previous experience of using computerised switchboards and meeting room systems. The ability to deal with visitors and staff at all levels and able to work without constant supervision. We are looking for a presentable, professional individual who is reliable, articulate, enthusiastic, pays attention to detail and is able to work as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Basic English, Maths, some knowledge of Microsoft office packages/outlook
