Office Manager - United Kingdom (Cambridge), Cambridgeshire
Job Purpose:
To act as a key resource for the founding team for administration, research and accounting functions.
Key Deliverables:
· To work closely with the other members of the team.
· To create solid, reliable administrative systems, including management of travel and conference research and booking
· To be responsible for all bookkeeping entries up to trial balance stage
· To be responsible for first line HR administration
Candidate Attributes
The ideal candidate will:
· Have at least five years experience of working in a key administrative support role for an executive team
· Have considerable experience in bookkeeping, including use of Quick Books, and have an excellent command of Office software
· Be proactive and enthusiastic with an eye for detail
· Relate well to an exceptional peer group, be tolerant of ambiguity; be able to work to tight deadlines, and display flexibility and resilience
