This is a fantastic opportunity to join part of a large organsiation based on the outskirts of Exeter. The primary roles will include managing the Group's salaries and liaising with the Group’s external payroll agency.· To produce and review all statutory documents in respect of salaries and benefits in kind including P11Ds.· To review and arrange payment of all staff expenses. Review and update the Expenses Policy in line with current legislation and Group corporate policy. To manage the process and co-ordinate payments in respect of PAYE, all staff benefits including pensions and healthcare. To work with other members of the Finance team and undertake other Finance duties as required to ensure speedy reporting and fast correspondence response times. This is an immediate start.
