Description:Purchase Ledger Clerk - Castleford, West Yorkshire Main Purpose: To ensure the smooth running of the purchase ledger To ensure that suppliers are paid at the correct time To ensure that invoices are correct to the purchase orders and to resolve any differences Details of Accountability: Recording and approval of invoices received Purchase order and GRN matching Invoice processing Weekly review of invoice registration system List of accruals at month end BACS payments Cheque payments Supplier account reconciliations Invoice filing Position Entry Requirements: Education - No specific education requirements Experience - At least 2 years Other Skills - Exel and Word
